What is U.S. Unskilled Employment Immigrant (EW)?
Unskilled Employment Immigration
There are no restrictions on academic background, age, or English proficiency, so anyone 18 years of age or older can apply if they do not have an infectious disease or serious criminal record.
It recruits 10,000 workers from all over the world each year for simple jobs that do not require highly educated or specialized skills or experience in the United States.
It is an immigration system that issues permanent residency, and accompanying children have the same benefits as US citizens when they go to college, such as free public education up to high school.
(Going to medical school, law school, government subsidies or scholarships, etc.)
The EB3 program is a US permanent residency program with the lowest barriers to entry into the employment immigration process for unskilled workers.
Anyone over the age of 18 with no criminal history can apply.
